Shipping & delivery

Nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting. When an order comes in, I load the file and start the print — a small one like the Tiny Tug Boat takes about four hours, and the Mini Robot is closer to nine. Once it's off the printer the supports get trimmed, the edges get smoothed, and it gets checked under a lamp before it's packed.

We dispatch within 2–4 business days of your order. If something is going to take longer than that — a failed print, a busy week, or exams — we'll email you before your parcel is due, not after.

Every New Zealand order goes tracked with a courier. Most North Island addresses arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch, and South Island addresses 2–4. Rural delivery adds another 1–2 days on top.

Couriers can't deliver to PO boxes, so please give us a street address where someone can take the parcel in. If nobody's home, the driver will either leave it somewhere safe or card you to collect it.

We post to Australia and most other countries by tracked international mail. Australia usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch; everywhere else is more like 10–20, and it stretches out around Christmas.

Any customs duty, import tax, or handling fee charged by your own country is yours to pay. Those charges are set by your government, we can't see them in advance, and we can't refund them.

Shipping is a flat NZ$6 anywhere in New Zealand and NZ$18 for international orders. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

New Zealand orders over NZ$75 ship free. That's worked out on the order total after any discount and before shipping is added.

As soon as the courier scans your parcel we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so don't panic if it looks quiet at first.

Lost the email? Use the order lookup with your order number and the email address you ordered with, and you can check the status yourself any time.

If tracking hasn't moved for five business days inside New Zealand, or fifteen days internationally, email us and we'll chase the courier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost we'll print your toy again and send it at our cost.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we'll happily send it out again once the return postage is covered.
